Ovens & Heat Processing

Heat processing is a critical component of many industrial processes, and ICAFe Companies partner with vendors that provide a range of ovens to perform a variety of different functions.

Process ovens used to cure liquid or powder coatings are found in most finishing systems. Conventional ovens can be heated with gas, fuel oil, or electricity and attain consistent temperatures ranging from 100°F to 600F°. Infrared ovens can be used to shorten the duration of cure cycles when used in combination with conventional ovens. They can also be used standalone on parts with simple, flat geometries.
